What are your months and hours of operation?
We open the second weekend of February (the highway is not open to vehicle traffic) and close September 30th. During that timeframe we are open seven days a week from 8am to 7pm.
The highway is unmaintained from October 1 to mid May. DOT starts plowing open the road in mid April and it can take 3 weeks or more.
How do I book a stay?
You can call us or book online. There is a “click here for reservations” button on the homepage that will take you to our online reservation system. You will be able to see our availability calendar as well as the pictures and descriptions of the accommodations.
Please note our cancellation policy - we require 100% upfront to book a stay. If there is a need to cancel you can do so up until 24 hours prior to your stay. We offer a 50% refund or one year to rebook.
Accommodations - what’s included?
All of our cabins and rooms come fully made up with sheets, comforters and pillows. We provide towels for the showers and have toiletries for sale if you forget anything. There is also electricity, heat and WiFi.
We do not have coffee makers, refrigerators, microwaves or tv’s as we generate our own power. Please do not bring these items with you.
Cabins are pet friendly with a $25 cleaning fee. Please keep them off the beds. This is getting to be a big problem. We work hard to keep our property looking nice so we expect you to clean up after your pets (specifically when they do their business outside).
Restaurant - is it for overnight guests only?
Can you accommodate special diets?
No, anyone traveling the highway is welcome to come in for a hot meal, browse the gift shop or grab a treat in the store.
The pizza is NOT premade frozen pizza. I make it to order with only the freshest ingredients!
We do not use powdered eggs. We use Tillamook cheese for the burgers and a shredded blend for the nachos. All of the mozzarella cheese, for the pizza, is shredded in house.
Homemade toast is just homemade bread that I use for toast and sandwiches.
We are able to accommodate most food needs. There are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. Please make sure to list your needs when you book your stay so we can ensure we have the supplies here.
